Maintenance Request

To submit a maintenance request, please login to your tenant portal and click "Request Maintenance" on your Dashboard

If you do not hear back within one business day, please call 503-287-4346 or email customerservice@capmng.com directly.

Please contact the Maintenance Department at 503-287-4346 for status updates on previously submitted maintenance requests.

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES:

The Maintenance Department is available 24-hours a day for emergencies only. To contact a Maintenance Technician after hours or on weekends, please call our main office at 503-287-4346, then dial 5. Your call will be routed to a pager, and a Maintenance Technician will respond promptly.

The following events constitute an emergency: fire (please call 911 before contacting our office), break-ins/theft (please call 911 before contacting our office), flooding or cracked pipes, lock-outs.

LOCK OUT SERVICE:

If you are locked out of your apartment, please contact the Maintenance Department at 503-287-4346. A lock out fee will be assessed, as specified in your Rental Agreement. Please be advised that additional fees will be assessed for lock out service performed outside of normal business hours and on weekends.

Pay Rent Online

Capital Property Management is now offering online payments for our residents. Online payments through Appfolio are fast, easy and secure.

Please be advised that residents utilizing the online payment option must pay their account balance in full. The Appfolio website functions best with the Mozilla Firefox browser.
